Job Description:

Are you keen to work for a market leading house builder who has a strong appetite to buy land? You'd be given a great deal of autonomy to source sites and bring them to the table for approval.

I'm working with a leading, cash-rich developer who is looking to add to the team with a Senior Land Manager who is proactive in cultivating relationships with agents and landowners, and in identifying great land acquisition opportunities.

With money to spend on land acquisition, my client is well placed to do deals and bring through some new sites for development. Their target areas are North London, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire, so patch knowledge and experience in this area is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Meeting with and developing relationships with agents and landowners.
2. Bringing new land acquisition opportunities to the table and securing sites for the business.
3. Driving deals through the acquisition process.
4. Working with the Land Director on existing opportunities and sites.
5. Attending networking events and functions as a company representative.

On offer is a salary of circa £75k - £90k plus package, including a great land acquisition bonus.
