L'Oréal is looking for a One Luxe Store Manager to lead and develop a store team to deliver a world-class consumer experience and exceed Retail Performance Targets for the portfolio of brands in the store. The ideal candidate is an ambitious go-getter who thrives on a challenge, stays ahead of the latest beauty and retail trends, and seizes opportunities to maximize the performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a World Class Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class Luxury Service Experience, embodying Brand Excellence, and providing a luxurious customer experience through personalized service and merchandising standards.
  • Driving Retail Performance: Exceeding Sales Targets, Developing and executing retail plans to achieve and surpass the store's retail targets and KPIs, driving long-term growth and profitability.
  • People Management and Development: Lead the recruitment and selection process for Beauty Advisors, identifying and attracting top talent to build a high-performing team, and providing comprehensive training to enhance individual performance and maximize team effectiveness.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintaining Counter Standards, ensuring all Brand VM guidelines are implemented, and upholding the highest standards of hygiene and housekeeping.
