Service

• Offer high-level expertise in make-up and beauty techniques.
• Learn and utilize product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques to deliver the best results.
• Generate new business ideas, focusing on product launches, anniversaries, and seasonal events.
• Drive at least one targeted event per month.
• Participate in all brand training and share learnings.
• Assist with coaching on new product launches and artistry techniques.
• Achieve sales targets by applying brand selling methods and product knowledge.
• Engage with customers through traffic stops to promote Lancôme beauty.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work area following hygiene standards.

Business

• Use POS software and digital systems effectively.
• Work flexibly during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (excluding Christmas Day).
• Build positive relationships with store managers and head office.
• Represent the brand through attitude, grooming, and participation in events.
• Engage with the My Lancôme community online.
• Share passion and storytelling skills.
• Connect with clients, provide solutions, and follow up post-sale.
