You love staying up-to-date with the latest luxury cosmetics and skincare trends and applications. Our teams are passionate about cross-category selling, sharing key benefits of our products like the Number Advanced Genifique Serum!

You are a genuine people person, loving to meet new people and build authentic connections with customers in-store, guiding them through personalized journeys and tailored recommendations.

You will proactively approach customers warmly to provide a world-class experience, enhancing their in-store journey with our Beauty Tech to offer unique skin recommendations.

You are self-driven and motivated to meet individual sales targets, sometimes acting as the sole ambassador for your team.

Your induction includes regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and Peers. You will start with online modules across Retail Skills, Skin Care, Make-Up, and Fragrance, followed by comprehensive training at our head office in Hammersmith, London.

Quarterly team training sessions will introduce new launches, application techniques, and product testing opportunities.

You will have access to E-Learning modules for personal development, supported by our industry-leading training programs.

You will be eligible for the Lancôme Rose of Excellence and invitations to the Golden Rose taskforce at Head Office.
