You love keeping up with the latest luxury cosmetics and skincare trends. Our teams are passionate about cross-category selling, sharing key benefits and features of our products, such as our Number Advanced Genifique Serum!

You are a real people person, loving to meet new people and build genuine connections with customers, guiding them through personalized journeys. You will deliver individual consultations with empathy, sharing tailored recommendations.

You will proactively approach customers warmly to provide a world-class experience, enhancing their in-store journey with our Beauty Tech for personalized skin recommendations.

You will be self-driven, motivated to meet sales targets, and occasionally serve as the sole ambassador for your team.

Your induction includes regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and peers. You will start with online modules across Retail Skills, Skin Care, Make-Up, and Fragrance, followed by a comprehensive training at our head office in Hammersmith, London.

You will attend quarterly team trainings to learn about new launches, application techniques, and try our latest iconic products!

Access to E-Learning modules will support your development, backed by our commitment to your growth.

You may earn a Lancôme Rose of Excellence and attend the Golden Rose taskforce at Head Office.
