You love keeping up with the latest luxury cosmetics and skincare trends and applications. Our teams are passionate about cross-category selling of our iconic products, sharing key benefits and features, such as our Number Advanced Genifique Serum!

You are a people person who loves meeting new people, forming genuine connections with customers, and taking them on a personalized journey. Delivering individual consultations with empathy and tailored recommendations.

You will proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide a world-class customer experience. Enhancing their in-store experience with our Beauty Tech for unique skin recommendations.

You will be self-driven and motivated to meet individual sales targets, sometimes acting as the sole ambassador for your team.

Your induction will include regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and peers. You will start with online modules across Retail Skills, Skin Care, Make-Up, and Fragrance, followed by a comprehensive training in our head office in Hammersmith, London.

You will attend quarterly team training sessions introducing new launches, application techniques, and opportunities to try new products.

You will have access to E-Learning modules for personal development, supported by our commitment to your growth.

You may receive a Lancôme Rose of Excellence badge and attend the Golden Rose taskforce at Head Office.
