You love staying up-to-date with the latest luxury cosmetics and skincare trends and applications. Our teams are passionate about cross-category selling of our iconic products, sharing key benefits and features, such as our Number Advanced Genifique Serum!

You are a genuine people person who loves meeting new people and forming authentic connections. You will take customers on a personalized journey, delivering individual consultations with empathy and tailored recommendations.

You will proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide a world-class customer experience, enhancing their in-store experience with our Beauty Tech for personalized skin recommendations.

You are self-driven and motivated to meet individual sales targets, occasionally acting as the sole ambassador for your team.

Your induction will include regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and peers. You will start with online induction modules covering Retail Skills, Skin Care, Make-Up, and Fragrance, followed by a comprehensive training session at our head office in Hammersmith, London.

You will attend quarterly team trainings to learn about new launches, application techniques, and get hands-on experience with our latest products.

You will have access to E-Learning modules for personal development, supported by our industry-leading training programs.

You will be eligible for the Lancôme Rose of Excellence to wear with pride and attend the Golden Rose taskforce at Head Office.
