Michael Page seeks a Health & Safety Advisor in Lanark to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the EFW sector. This permanent role offers an opportunity to contribute to a safe and efficient working environment.

The ideal candidate will have NEBOSH or equivalent, experience in industrial manufacturing, and strong communication/training skills to engage teams and conduct risk assessments and audits.

Qualificações

• Recognised qualification in health and safety (NEBOSH or equivalent).
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing safety roles.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Proficient in conducting risk assessments and safety audits.
• Proactive in safety improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments across the site.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on health and safety practices.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety.
• Maintain records of safety inspections and incident reports.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and best practices.
