Job summary

Bilfinger in Royston is seeking an experienced Laminator for GRP and composite components. You will perform hand lay up, laminating, trimming, and finishing to exact specifications on a production line.

Applicants should have proven GRP or composite manufacturing experience, high attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. EMSS Safety Passport is required or eligible; costs reimbursed after probation.

Requirements

• Reliable, safety conscious, and committed to delivering quality
• Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, an EMSS Safety Passport (or equivalent). Passport costs will be reimbursed upon successful completion of the probationary period.
• 11 day rolling shift pattern of 10hr days (except for designated travel days)
• Work until the end of March 2027
