Matchtech Group in Portland, Dorset is seeking an experienced GRP Laminator to produce high-quality composite parts for luxury yachts. You will join a skilled team and work from technical drawings to meet production targets.

This role offers a daytime Mon-Fri schedule with no nights, overtime at enhanced rates, and a long-term opportunity with global brands in yacht manufacturing.

Qualifications

The Role

As a GRP Laminator, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality composite parts and ensuring exceptional build standards throughout the manufacturing process.
