Job summary

Bilfinger UK is seeking an experienced GRP Laminator to join our team on a major project on site at Royston, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for stability, high quality work, and the potential for a permanent position.

GRP hand lay up and laminating to specification, finishing and repairing composite components from drawings and production plans, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality across the production team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in GRP laminating or composite manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• GRP hand lay up and laminating to specification.
• Trimming, finishing, and repairing composite components.
• Working accurately from drawings, moulds, and production plans.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping.
• Collaborating effectively with the wider production team.
• 11 day rolling shift pattern.
• 10 hour day.
• Blue book NAECI site.
