Job summary

Jobtailor in Burnley is seeking a proactive production operator to set up and operate the laminator and related machinery, ensuring customer specifications and quality standards are consistently met. You will monitor product specifications, implement online adjustments, and complete production paperwork accurately and on time.

• Maintain 5S standards to keep the workplace tidy, clean and orderly.
• Monitor product specifications and carry out online adjustments as required.
• Accurately complete all production paperwork in a timely manner.
• Carry out quality tests and measurements and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in hygiene and other audits.
• Assist with machine changeovers and day-to-day workplace organisation, planning and machine optimisation.
• Provide break cover to increase department overall performance.
• Holiday cover where required.
• Training of operators where appropriate.

Responsibilities
