Job summary

Dynamic Resourcing is seeking a Laminator Assistant in Slough, Berkshire. You will join a production team, handling material reels, loading/unloading, and ensuring clean and organized work zones across shifts. The role includes operating electric trucks, monitoring quality, and assisting the Lead Operator to maintain production flow.

Training will be provided to suitable candidates. Shifts rotate Early, Lates, and Nights from 6am to 6am on a Mon-Fri pattern, with overtime paid.

Responsibilities

• Staging raw materials reels and adhesives
• End-of-shift cleaning
• Loading completed reels onto stillages
• Loading raw materials onto the unwinders
• Monitoring production quality
• Assisting the Lead Operator as required
