LAMDA (Music and Drama) Teacher - Supply - Stamford

Location: Stamford, Lincolnshire
Job Type: Supply - Full-time or Part-time
Pay Rate: £162 to £251 per day (depending on experience and role)
Start Date: ASAP

Are you a passionate LAMDA-trained Drama or Music Teacher seeking a flexible, creative role in a supportive school?

Mana Education is working with a highly regarded, well-resourced school in Stamford, who are looking for a dedicated LAMDA (Music and Drama) Teacher to join their team on a supply basis. The position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, depending on your availability.

This is a unique opportunity to inspire students through the performing arts and help them develop confidence, creativity and communication skills through LAMDA performance training.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging LAMDA Drama and/or Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

- Prepare students for LAMDA examinations, performances and showcases

- Inspire confidence, communication and self-expression through creative teaching

- Work closely with the Performing Arts team to support productions and curriculum delivery

- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold a positive learning environment

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent experience in performing arts education

- LAMDA certification or a strong background in Drama, Music or Performance Arts

- A genuine passion for working with young people and nurturing talent

- Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills

- Ability to engage learners of all abilities and encourage creative expression
