A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Spring and Child and Well Being Teams. The role includes diary management, reception duties, and effective communication with parents and carers. You will coordinate information and provide administrative support to facilitate the effective running of the Spring and Child and Well Being (CWP) Teams. This includes diary management, reception duties, and communicating with parents/carers over the telephone to address their queries effectively.
Additional responsibilities include typing up minutes and clinical notes from team meetings, booking appointments, and arranging room bookings for clinicians and consultants. The role also involves specific tasks such as waitlist management, handling subject data requests, and fulfilling Health and Safety and Fire Warden responsibilities.
This position requires someone with experience working in a busy and varied environment, comfortable working with clinical staff, children, parents, and visitors attending clinics. The successful candidate will be adaptable, proactive in initiating changes, and maintain a flexible and calm approach. They should contribute to maintaining high standards of service.
The candidate must provide comprehensive administrative support to a multidisciplinary team and act as the first point of contact for families, carers, and other service users. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential. The role involves collating data and producing quarterly reports, requiring excellent IT and organizational skills and a willingness to learn new software and processes.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, along with a flexible, motivated attitude, is vital.
