Qualifications

• Proven experience and skill in lamb butchery techniques is essential.
• Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Butchery is preferred but not required.
• Follows instructions and works with care and consistency.

• Team player with good communication skills.
• Is reliable and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to departmental SOPs and good manufacturing practices.
• Contributing to the team’s goals and department targets.
• Ensuring that all customer and company specifications are met.
• Keeping your work area clean and organized at all times, following our ‘clean as you go’ policy.
• Promoting and maintaining excellent Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.
