Ladieswear Design Manager

A well-established fashion company is looking for a Ladieswear Design Manager to join their team.

The Ladieswear Design Manager will be hands-on with the design process and will work closely with high street customers to design and develop ranges. The product areas will include soft wovens, jersey, nightwear, and some swim/beachwear.

Ladieswear Design Manager Responsibilities

1. Overseeing the design team and mentoring junior members.
2. Working closely with the customers' design and buying teams, attending meetings, and presenting ranges.
3. Liaising with and visiting factories overseas.
4. Attending inspiration shopping trips and competitions.
5. Managing and updating the critical path.
