Job description

Following a very successful season, which saw both our Ladies 1s and 2s promoted, Havering are seeking a coach/player coach to consolidate that success and develop the teams for the future. The Ladies 1s will be competing in East 1, and the 2s in the 3 South East divisions.

About Havering Hockey Club

Havering is a friendly, growing club currently comprising 4 Ladies teams and 5 Mens teams. Located on the Essex/London border, it is easily accessible by car and train (Elizabeth line, District Line, and C2C line). We offer a competitive rate of pay (on a self-employed basis), a great pitch at Campion School, a welcoming clubhouse, and a dedicated squad of players.

Training and Match Details

Home matches and training sessions are held at Campion School. Training takes place on Tuesdays from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. The role includes planning a weekly training session and attending the Ladies 1s home and away matches every Saturday, with attendance at the Ladies 2s games when possible.

Additional Requirements

The position is subject to DBS checks. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
