Seeking new opportunities in the South East?

We're currently looking for an experienced children's social worker to become part of a well-established Children in Care service in the South East.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a tight-knit team with a highly supportive management structure. As an added bonus, a you will receive a competitive pay rate of £43/h.

With an outstanding Ofsted rating, working for this council ensures a strong working environment. You'll also have the option of seeking additional support from the enduring permanent management structure, should you require it.

We understand the importance of achieving a healthy work-life balance, especially when dealing with complex cases, with this council, working from home is very much encouraged, so you can expect to be in the office 1-1.5 days per week, and the rest from home.

We are looking for a social worker who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to be a part of this council's journey in providing the highest level of care to its service users.

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
