Grade E SCP 7 to 11

£25,584 to £27,269 Pro rata

Actual salary £21,907 to £23,350

We are seeking an experienced, adaptable, and enthusiastic LAC and Young Carers Manager to join our pastoral team. The role involves providing outstanding support to both staff and students.

Candidate requirements: Applicants should be experienced, enthusiastic, proactive, and familiar with the secondary school environment. A sincere commitment to our ethos and continuous improvement is essential. In return, we offer a positive working environment, motivated staff, excellent facilities, tailored CPD, and a supportive community.

The position is permanent, 37 hours per week, term time only, including INSET days. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
