Job description

LAC Admin Supervisor: Band 3, 22.5 hours per week (3 days per week). Fixed Term Contract to 9 months (Maternity Cover)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a supervisory admin role within the Looked after Children Team, initially for a fixed term period. The role is part-time (22.5 hours per week), based at Rotherham Hospital.

If you are a highly organised and experienced administrator, this could be an excellent opportunity to develop your skills further. We are looking for a professional, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to support a Look After Children nursing team.

Main duties of the job
  • Supervise the Administrators within the team, manage workflows and priorities within the department.
  • Undertake routine typing and data entry for the Service as directed by the Admin Team Leader and/or Service Team Lead.
  • Attend and contribute to regular staff meetings, producing notes/minutes as appropriate.
  • Liaise with community practitioners, CYPS service managers, Local Council colleagues, and Public Health England as required.

Salary: £24,625 to £25,674 per annum, pro-rata.
