Platform Property Care has a great opportunity for an experienced Labourer to join our multi-skilled trades team to help us deliver high-quality repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment services.

We want somebody who can:

• Be a team player, hardworking, and eager to learn with a can-do attitude.
• Work in people’s homes, so be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills.
• Be organized and committed to delivering work right first time.
• Have a passion for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.

We want somebody who has:

• Experience in Social Housing maintenance.
• Understanding and experience of providing property maintenance and repairs to an excellent standard.
• Multi-trades skills; a basic knowledge of external trades such as roofing, slabbing, pointing, and fencing would be advantageous.
• Sound labouring experience in the building industry.
• Experience working in customers’ homes.
• Ability to work independently at times, but also work well in a team.
• Full current valid driving licence, as this is a mobile role.
• A DBS check is required since you will be working in customers’ homes.

*Advertised salary of up to £26,812 includes a base salary of £26,319 per annum and an additional payment of £493 per annum.
