Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Labourer with a valid Traffic Marshall (Banksman) ticket to join our team on a busy construction site in Andover.

Key Responsibilities:

• General site labouring duties (clearing, moving materials, assisting trades)

• Directing vehicles and plant movement safely around site

• Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times

• Supporting site manager and team as required

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card

• Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket (in-date and recognised)

• Previous experience on construction sites

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Own PPE
