Job Description:

**What you'll be doing:**

Within the Construction environment, you'll be involved in buying materials, managing projects, ensuring health and safety, and providing customer service. We work on approximately 400 developments across the UK, ranging from new builds on brownfield sites to adapting existing structures like factories or hospitals.

We seek individuals who can bring innovative ideas and demonstrate the ability to manage people, budgets, and costs. Our site managers have been recognized with NHBC Pride in the Job Awards for 13 consecutive years.

Reporting to the Site Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out site works as instructed and in line with BDW standards
  • Inspecting signage and ensuring they are maintained
  • Upholding health and safety standards and reporting breaches
  • Ensuring protection of materials is properly implemented and maintained
  • Maintaining site facilities and keeping plots tidy
  • Conducting daily inspections and managing waste segregation and recycling
  • Monitoring show home gardens and public spaces for cleanliness

**What you'll need:**

To succeed, you should be:

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Experienced in large-scale domestic house building
  • Knowledgeable about health and safety practices
  • Possessing a current CSCS or equivalent card
