Overview

We're hiring

5 x Labourers

to support the delivery of a large-scale solar farm project in South Wales. This is a freelance opportunity through CIS, ideal for operatives with a construction or solar background who are available for immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with solar panel installation and mechanical assembly

Move and handle materials, tools, and equipment around site

Maintain site cleanliness and follow safety protocols

Support skilled trades as directed by site supervisors

General labouring and groundwork duties

Requirements

CSCS card (required)

Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in all conditions

Must be reliable and able to follow instructions on a busy site

Own transport to site

Previous solar or civils experience desirable

Desirable Tickets ( but Not Essential)

Forward Tipping Dumper

Telehandler

CPCS/NPORS qualifications
