Rate: £14 - £16 per hour (depending on experience and tickets)

Overview

We're hiring 5 x Labourers to support the delivery of a large-scale solar farm project in South Wales. This is a freelance opportunity through CIS, ideal for operatives with a construction or solar background who are available for immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with solar panel installation and mechanical assembly
• Move and handle materials, tools, and equipment around site
• Maintain site cleanliness and follow safety protocols
• Support skilled trades as directed by site supervisors
• General labouring and groundwork duties
  
  

Requirements

• CSCS card (required)
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in all conditions
• Must be reliable and able to follow instructions on a busy site
• Own transport to site preferred
• Previous solar or civils experience desirable
