We are currently recruiting for a Labourer for our client based in Tewkesbury.

  • Immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labouring tasks within the workshop environment.

Carry out secondary operations on machined components such as tapping, drilling, countersinking, and deburring.

Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

Assist machine operators and other team members with production tasks.

Conduct quality checks to ensure components meet specifications.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Support warehouse and dispatch operations as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Proficiency in tapping, drilling, countersinking, and similar secondary operations.

Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring equipment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday - Thursday.
  • 7am - 4pm.
  • Friday - 7am - 12pm

Rate of pay:

  • £12.21 per hour.
