The Role

Lioncourt Homes is an award-winning Worcester-based home builder.

Our development at Rushwick is a beautifully designed site of 120 homes, expected to run for approximately 3 years.

The role involves general production assistance and site labouring duties to support the site team and trades on site.

This active role requires traversing the site, working in various weather conditions, and accessing scaffolding via ladders as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading materials, involving manual handling of heavy or awkward objects.
• Performing various tasks such as cleaning properties after trades, mixing mortar, cleaning windows, and other duties to assist the team.
• Maintaining cleanliness of site amenities, including WC facilities.
• Following health and safety responsibilities as per company policy.
• Contributing to the safe operation of the development.
• Possessing or willing to obtain a CSCS card and having experience in general labouring on a construction site is advantageous.
• Being reliable, punctual, a team player, and willing to work hard are essential qualities.
• Career development opportunities are available for suitable candidates.
