Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Labourer Factory Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our industrial facilities located in Rocester, ST14. You will join our Workplace Cleaning Team responsible for cleaning a manufacturing site, floors, and equipment, using heavy-duty cleaning machinery and compliant with health and safety rules.

The role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work with chemicals and cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
• Must be able to work at heights
• Must be able to work in confined spaces
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy-duty cleaning equipment

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of the paint booths
• Working within the shotblast area
• High-level cleaning using machinery, including a scrubber
• Removing tank coolant and cleaning out machine tanks
• Quick response to client requests
• Must be physically fit due to the nature of the job
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with health & safety and COSHH regulations

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Industrial Labourer Factory Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our industrial facilities. You will be joining our Workplace Cleaning Team based in Rocester, ST14.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

Your role will involve cleaning a manufacturing site, including industrial equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.

This is a Full-Time Role 37 ½ per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
