Job summary
Pinnacle Group Limited in Rocester, ST14, is seeking an experienced Industrial Labourer Factory Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our manufacturing facilities. You will join our Workplace Cleaning Team based in Rocester and work with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Your duties include cleaning paint booths, working in the shotblast area, and performing high-level cleaning with machinery while following health and COSHH safety guidelines.
Qualifications

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Industrial Labourer Factory Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our industrial facilities. You will be joining our Workplace Cleaning Team based in Rocester, ST14.
Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.
Your role will involve cleaning a manufacturing site, including industrial equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.
This is a Full-Time Role 37 ½ per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm
