Job summary

Axis CLC is a national maintenance and refurbishment provider supporting clients across sectors. This hands-on role supports day-to-day site operations on residential and commercial projects, requiring flexibility, practical skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

You will be working in occupied properties and active construction environments, so professionalism, clear communication and attention to detail are essential to exceed client expectations and deadlines.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience in residential or commercial environments.
• Ability to perform multiple trades across varied tasks.
• Strong adherence to Health & Safety procedures and site rules.
• Customer-focused with professional communication with clients and residents.
• Capable of planning and coordinating workload to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general minor multi-trade tasks across residential and commercial properties.
• Complete snagging works and defect rectification to a high standard.
• Support a wide range of projects and help meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Monitor material stock levels and assist with stock requests as needed.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while following Health & Safety regulations.
