Job summary

Search Consultancy are recruiting Labourers to join a soft strip demolition project at a school in Clitheroe. A valid CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness Certificate are required. Duties include assisting with soft strip works, removing fixtures, site clearance, waste management and maintaining a safe, clean site.

Previous demolition experience is preferred. References may be requested. Ongoing support from the Search Consultancy team and competitive rates of pay are offered.

Qualifications

Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for Labourers to join a soft strip demolition project at a school in the Clitheroe area.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established contractor on a school refurbishment project. Previous demolition or soft strip experience is preferred, although a valid CSCS card is the minimum requirement.

Duties Will Include:

Assisting with soft strip works within a school environment

Removing fixtures, fittings, and non-structural materials

Site clearance and waste management

Segregating and disposing of materials safely

Loading and unloading materials as required

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment

Following all site health and safety procedures

Supporting the site team and supervisors as required

Requirements:

Good understanding of site health and safety procedures

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Ability to provide recent references from similar work
