Job description

Job Purpose:

To support the construction team by performing general labouring duties including site preparation, material handling, assisting skilled trades, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.

• Load and unload building materials and distribute them to appropriate locations on site.

• Assist tradespeople such as carpenters, bricklayers, and machine operators.

• Perform basic demolition, site clearing, and cleanup duties.

• Follow health and safety standards and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

• Carry out other tasks as directed by the site supervisor or foreman.
