Our nationwide Plant and Tool division hires a range of equipment including diggers, dumpers, and small tools for customers across the construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.

Working in the depot, the Labourer is responsible for keeping the workshop and yard areas clean and tidy, ensuring they are free of hazards, and tools are stored correctly. The Labourer also ensures that any plant equipment leaving the depot has been pressure cleaned and refueled, with quality checks to ensure it is ready for the customer, while updating fuel logs accurately.

About You

Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience working as a Labourer, preferably within a hire depot/yard environment
  • Strong team player willing to support colleagues with additional tasks when required
  • Ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced depot environment with high attention to detail
  • CSCS card, forklift license, and driving license are preferable
