Regional Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Labourer for immediate start on a construction site in Alfold. You will support the site team with general labouring, keep areas tidy and assist trades as required. CSCS card and reliable, punctual work ethic are essential.

Full-time, ongoing temporary role with potential longer-term work for the right candidate. Applicants should be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions, with good communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Essential: Valid CSCS card, reliable and punctual worker.
• Desirable: Previous on-site experience, teamwork, safety awareness.

Responsabilités

• Carry out general labouring duties as directed by the Site Manager or supervisor.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and free from obstructions.
• Assist tradespeople and other site staff when required.
• Move and handle materials safely around the site.
• Help with loading, unloading and organising deliveries where required.
• Follow instructions from the site team and complete tasks efficiently.
• Use tools and equipment safely and only when authorised to do so.
• Maintain good timekeeping and a professional attitude on site.
• Wear the required PPE and follow all site rules.
• Report any hazards, incidents or unsafe conditions to the site supervisor.
• Work cooperatively with other trades and site staff.
• Be flexible and willing to assist with other reasonable site duties.
• Undertake any other general labouring duties as required.
