Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a busy construction site in Crawley. The role involves general site duties including assisting tradespeople, clearing materials, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general labouring duties as directed by site management

• Assist with unloading deliveries and distributing materials

• Keep the site clean, tidy, and free from hazards

• Support trades and contractors with manual tasks

• Follow site health and safety regulations at all times

• Use basic hand tools and lifting equipment where required

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card (required)

• Previous experience on a construction site (preferred)

• Basic understanding of health and safety on-site

• Physically fit and able to lift and move materials

• Good attitude and punctuality

• Own PPE (hard hat, boots, hi-vis)
