Job summary

MadiganGill is seeking a CSCS card holding General Labourer for a bank refurbishment project in Middlesbrough. You will work under the Site Manager, performing general labouring, lifting and shifting materials, and maintaining a tidy, safe work area.

The role lasts approximately 2 months with potential for further work. Candidates must have PPE and demonstrate reliability, punctuality and good communication to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• CSCS Labourer Card is required.
• Full PPE: hard hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles.
• Hard working, reliable and punctual.
• Good communication; able to work alone or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labouring duties on site.
• Assist lifting and shifting of materials on site.
• Keep site tidy and clear of hazards.
• Some welfare cleaning tasks as needed.

Labourer Required in Middlesbrough

Our specialist Trades & Labour team are seeking a CSCS card holding General Labourer for a project in Middlesbrough.

Working on behalf of the main contractor, you will be carrying out general labouring duties on this bank refurbishment project.

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for lifting and shifting of materials on site, whilst ensuring the site is kept tidy and clear of any potential hazards.

There will be some welfare cleaning involved with the job but only a small part of the job.

The work is due to last for 2 months, potential for more work to follow on after this project.

Each Labourer must:

• Hold a CSCS Labourer Card
• Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles)
• Be hard working, reliable and punctual
• Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team.
