Job description

• Responsible for the upkeep of the site compound and surrounding areas, individual house under construction, workingin a safe and effective manner.
• To assist with On-site duties as and when required including groundwork duties and VCL pre plaster duties.
• Compound area to be kept clean and clear of debris and Material stored in a tidy manner.
• Ensure Containers for storage are kept clean and tidy and well organized for all materials.
• Protection of flooring during internal finishing stage using roofing felt, Assist with preparation for handover i.e.: remove plastic from windows clean internal windows.
• Keep individual houses, under construction, clear of rubbish and brushed out-especially after eachtrade is finished.
• General housekeeping External - Keeping the area around each home under construction clear of debris, Removing the plastic from around the window and frames, Post construction clean of windows rainwater goods etc.
• Moving/handling of material.
• Keep Canteen & Welfare facilities clean and clear of rubbish - weekly deep clean required of Toilets and Canteen.Load and unload material.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must have CSR card.
• Ability to communicate clearly with site team and follow site instructions.
• Perform tasks maintaining all health, safety and environmental rules and ensure work is carried out in amanner that enhances the safety of the work environment.
• Work inside and outside in all weather conditions, various locations. Hard hat, hearing and eye protectionrequired to be worn when necessary.
• Attentive to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety.
