Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for an experienced Labourer to work on a busy residential development in Morpeth, working alongside one of the UK's leading house builders. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking Labourer looking for ongoing work with a well-established construction company.

Duties include general labouring across the housing development, keeping the site clean, assisting trades and site management, moving materials, and following health and safety

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card is required.
• Previous experience as Labourer on a construction site.
• Reliable and punctual, good work ethic.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Full PPE to be worn on site.

Responsibilities

• General labouring duties across the housing development.
• Pre plastering experience is beneficial.
• Keep the site clean, tidy and organised.
• Assist trades and site management where required.
• Move and handle materials on site.
• Load and unload deliveries to site.
• Follow site health and safety procedures.
• Carry out general duties as directed by the Site Manager.
