Location: Manchester

Duration: 2 months+

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Pay: £12.50 PAYE + van and fuel card

Hamilton Woods Associates is currently working with a Manchester-based Housing Association to recruit two Labourers for their Responsive Repairs Team on a temporary basis. The primary responsibility will be gutter cleaning.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning gutters and downpipes on social housing properties
• Using ladders and access equipment safely
• Reporting repairs or blockages needing further work
• Maintaining tools and equipment
• Working safely and professionally
• Picking up and delivering materials and equipment to properties
• Removing surplus materials and equipment, and booking them back into stores
• Reporting potential repairs and safeguarding issues within tenant homes
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Updating PDA in real time on job status
• Ordering parts and materials
• Completing safety checks on tools

Requirements:

• UK Driving License
• Basic DBS or willingness to undergo one
• Previous labouring experience
