Job summary

Romans Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a CSCS Labourer for a busy new build housing project in Langford, Bedfordshire (SG18). Immediate start with long-term work through to 2027. 8.5 hours paid Monday to Friday on a weekly payroll. Duration expected to be 3–4 months, with ongoing work for the right candidate.

You must have CSCS card, experience in general site labouring and full PPE. Salary is £16.58–£17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience of general site labouring.
• CSCS card required.
• Full PPE (helmet, boots, high-visibility) must be worn on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site trades and keep areas clean and safe.
• Support day-to-day tasks on a high-volume new build housing site.
• Follow site supervisor instructions and maintain PPE compliance.

One of our long standing clients requires an experienced CSCS Labourer for a busy, high volume new build housing project in SG18 - Langford, near Biggleswade, Bedfordshire - immediate start and long term work, going in to 2027.

Start Date: 7/10/26

Payroll Model: Weekly

Pay rate: £16.58-£17.00 - 8.5 hours paid Monday to Friday

Duration: 3-4 months
