Role Purpose:

To ensure movement and collection of materials, set up tools and help with general optimum running of the project temporary site services.

What you'll be doing

Your accountabilities will be as follows:

  • Perform Various duties to support the temporary site services team onsit
  • To co-ordinate and manage plant & stock ensuring all administration procedures are followed, and ensuring accurate stock management.
  • Regularly review supply alternatives to ensure best value is always achieved
  • Liaise with operational Staff to ensure materials required for site are arranged and
    accessible in line with operational hours
  • Unload & load delivery vehicles.
  • Check deliveries against advice notes and for quality, quantities & damage.
  • Liaise with suppliers on the replacement/return of faulty/damaged stock

Who we're looking for

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Knowledge of the Electrical and mechanical industry.
  • CSCS Card
  • Full clean driving licence
  • IT Skills - MS Outlook, MSP & MS Word, Excel
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
