Job description

Position: Labourer

Type: Permanent – 39 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Labourer to join our team in Hull.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, committed, and proactive, assisting with general site tasks. Responsibilities include:

  1. Unloading, storing, and stacking materials delivered to the site.
  2. Assisting in handling and laying kerbs, paving, and filling materials.
  3. Erecting, dismantling, and moving tubular tower scaffolding.
  4. Adhering to Health and Safety regulations, including looking after personal safety and considering the safety of others.
  5. Acting as Banksman for plant and vehicles on site as required.
  6. Fetching, carrying, and loading materials to support Craft Operatives.
  7. Ensuring site boundaries and segregation comply with PAVES standards.

Previous experience as a general labourer and preplaster is preferred, along with knowledge of Health & Safety, Site Waste Management, progress monitoring, and LIMS.
