You will be joining the existing grounds team at a large employer in the Alness area who are looking to take on a labourer. You will be working alongside other experienced operatives and reporting to a depot each morning at 08:30.

Your new role

You will be working alongside other tradespeople in void properties, working in the homes and the gardens to get them up to a liveable standard. You will be undertaking some of the following duties:

1. Clearing inside properties, occasional repainting,
2. Garden clearance, manual handling & uplift work,
3. Hard landscaping – slabbing, fencing, gating,
4. Soft landscaping (when required),
5. Driving duties - Full UK Driving Licence essential

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be comfortable with heavy lifting. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and be able to work well as part of a team. A driving licence is essential to be considered for this role. However, you do not need a CSCS card to put forward.

What you'll get in return

For the right individual, you may be offered a full-time position should one be available. You will be paid weekly with regular updates from your Hays consultant with the option of accrued annual leave.
