Salary: £11.00 - £13.00 per hour

We are recruiting for an experienced Labourer to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team on a local housing association contract.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking general labouring duties on tenanted and void properties
• Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken
• Working in partnership with other operatives to complete certain tasks

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Blue CSCS Card
• Level 1 Health & Safety in Construction Skills
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
