Job Title: Construction Labourer

HAYS Southampton is seeking an experienced Labourer to join a commercial project in Havant, PO9, working with a main contractor. The position is available immediately for a duration of 3 months.

Project Details:

1. Location: Havant, PO9
2. Type: Commercial warehouse refurbishment including re-cladding, rip-out work, and reconstruction
3. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
4. Pay: £ (please specify)
5. Parking: On-site parking available; accessible via public transport with Havant Railway Station an 8-minute walk

Responsibilities:

• Assist with construction activities, including moving materials from deliveries
• Maintain site cleanliness and security
• Report to the site manager daily
• Support subcontractors during the project

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Full PPE
• Construction references
• Local to Havant/Portsmouth area preferred
