Job summary

Thorn Baker Recruitment is seeking a reliable Labourer for a 1-week site-based assignment in Harrogate (HG2). Start ASAP, 7:30am–5:00pm, four days of manual construction duties, including clearing sites, waste removal, and housekeeping under the Site Manager.

Applicants should be physically fit, reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team. A valid CSCS card is required where the site demands it.

Responsibilities

• Clear a construction site after building works
• Remove waste and unwanted materials from site

• Follow site health and safety procedures
• Wear PPE at all times
• Carry out any additional duties requested by the Site Manager

JOB DETAILS

Position: Labourer

Start Date: ASAP

Duration:1 week

Working Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Clearing a construction site following building works
• Removing waste and unwanted materials from site
• Filling skips with construction waste
• Moving materials and debris safely
• Keeping the site clean, tidy and organised
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards
• Following site health and safety procedures
• Wearing the correct PPE at all times
• Carrying out any additional duties requested by the Site Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid CSCS card, where required by the site
• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual work
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Positive attitude and able to work as part of a team
• Available to start ASAP and commit to the full 4 days
