About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Labourer to join our friendly team based at Brook Manor, working from our Western region on a permanent basis. The key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out site works as instructed by the Site Manager, adhering to company standards and procedures
• Inspecting all on-site signage and ensuring signs are clean and in good repair
• Taking responsibility for health and safety on site and reporting breaches
• Ensuring protection of fixed materials by subcontractors and maintaining these protections
• Maintaining site compound and welfare facilities
• Keeping all plots under construction tidy and free of surplus materials
• Segregating and recycling waste according to company guidelines
• Monitoring show home gardens and open spaces weekly for rubbish

About You

• An enthusiastic self-starter capable of working independently and using initiative
• Experience working on large-volume domestic housebuilding sites
• Health and safety awareness
• Current appropriate CSCS or partner scheme card
