Job Title: Labourer

We are seeking a hard-working, dedicated labourer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and ensure all your jobs are completed to a high standard of quality. Responsibilities include completing all relevant paperwork, communicating clearly with customers at each stage of the job, and maintaining a positive attitude towards safe work practices.

Requirements

1. At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
2. Proven communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
3. Willingness to adhere to company health and safety practices
4. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
5. A clean, current full NZ driver's license

Ideally, you will also have:

1. Basic mechanical maintenance skills for mowers and small plants
2. Growsafe Certificate
3. Current first aid certificate

The successful candidate will need to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal history check.
