Job description

Rate of Pay: 16.00 PER HOUR

Job Purpose:

To assist with general labouring duties, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general site duties including lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Site clean-up and waste removal
• Assisting tradespeople with tools and materials
• Setting up and dismantling temporary structures (e.g., barriers, signage)
• Following instructions from site supervisors and foremen
• Reporting any hazards or incidents to management
• Complying with all health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience on a construction site
• Valid CSCS card (required)
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Desirable:

• Manual handling or other relevant certifications
• Own PPE - safety boots, high-vis, hard hat, gloves
